KaleidoMaker is a creative tool that allows users to generate kaleidoscope-style images and animations.

The service provides both free and premium features.

Free users may export images without a watermark and videos with a watermark. Premium users may export videos without a watermark and at higher quality after completing a purchase.

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities or to generate content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images and videos you create using KaleidoMaker. Exported content may be used for personal or commercial purposes.

The KaleidoMaker software, website design, branding, and other platform content are the intellectual property of KaleidoMaker and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the KaleidoMaker software or website without permission.

4. Premium Purchases

KaleidoMaker offers optional premium upgrades that unlock additional export functionality, including watermark-free videos and higher quality exports.

Premium access is provided through a one-time purchase and grants ongoing access to the premium export features available at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase you agree to the payment provider’s terms and policies.

5. Digital Asset Downloads

Some assets available in the KaleidoMaker gallery may require payment to download.

Purchased digital assets are licensed for personal and commercial use but may not be redistributed, resold, or offered as standalone files.

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, purchases of downloadable assets are generally non-refundable.

6. Fair Usage

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass payment restrictions, scraping the website, or using automated tools that generate excessive requests.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to the service if it is used in a manner that harms the platform or other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
